Thanks to orienteering I started a regular exercise program 6 weeks ago, also began eating more vegetables and fruits, drinking less beer, and eating a little less meat. The results: went from 190 lbs to 180 lbs and feel great. I think I'll stop at 180 lbs since I enjoy Mexican food too much to go any lower.

Finished at the 14th percentile. About average for me. Messed up big time on the first control, after that I didn't do too badly.

Finished at the 58th percentile. This is my highest finish yet. Probably because most people that ran it probably got disgusted and quit, since it was an underwater race.
