BAOC training with Presto at UC Berkeley! This wasn't the most brilliant course I've ever designed, but it was still a fun Circuit-O. We had another pretty decent sized group tonight, which was nice. My legs were a bit tired from this weekend, and I rolled my left ankle trail running this weekend and my right ankle flying down the hill to training with Presto tonight, so I was trying to keep things easy and in control. My ankles felt better after running than before, so I think all is well with them.
In other news, I found a mushroom lamp by the side of the road on the way home. I rescued it from certain death and cleaned it up and it's pretty cool! There are some hardcore mycologists in my lab, so I think I will have to find an appropriate time to present it to either my PI or Jason or I could masquerade as a mycologist and it could live on my desk :-).
