Treadmill intervals with new asthma med. much, much more fun to be able to get oxygen.

Maximises the exercise for the legs. Did 3*10reps back squats with one leg on 40 kg with jumps. Ended session with 4*70kg on one leg. Some upper body weights also.

Löpning 1:06:00 intensity: (31:00 @3) + (35:00 @4) 15.3 km (4:19 / km)
shoes: Hoka Clifton X

Planned to run on treshold in Höllviken. Started in 3:45, but it just didn’t work out. Struggled to do 3 reps of 2,5km, but it didn’t feel good. Tempo feels slowish, but I can’t get the oxygen in. Very depressing as the asthma issues is just increasing with every pollen season.

Finished the session with a 1.6k run on the beach. Wind came from the sea and air was much better. This was the actual turning point... when analysing the data I was actually faster down on the beach, in the f#%$ing sand, than on the flat hard road. I need to fix this asthma shit or just give up all speed sessions and competitions. Need to try some new med.
