Isaberg Multisport Race, 1/x

Raced hard with Helen. We did a good race. Lost 1min in the first run on navigation and another 30’ on route to 6th. Transitioned with solo guys and one men team ahead.

Folllowed up with a paddle (C2) orienteering. Lost time on the solo-surf ski guys, but did ok.

Ended the session with MTBO and finished when legs were warmed up and ready for a race :)

Löpning intervals 57:00 intensity: (30:00 @3) + (27:00 @4) 12.0 km (4:45 / km)

1km intervals on treadmill. Recovered from yesterdays failure, but still not happy about the speed for the lactate threshold.

Went down from 17,5 to 16,5-17 on the last 2. I need to climb up from that speed again, it seems :(
