Two loops of the Run for the Toad training run. There were about 150 people out for this so it actually felt like a race. Sought retribution for all the dumb mistakes I made at Limberlost two weeks ago, and mostly succeeded! Started conservatively, ran my own run, and monitored my fuelling and hydration diligently. Was slightly slower on the second loop but only by a few minutes so I'll take that for my last long run before the marathon at CDR in two weeks!

Mrs. Tiny and I went to Dundas for the Happy Trails / Canadian Running Co. "Crews and Brews" pop-up run. It was a good-sized fast-ish group that kept us working! The trails were a fun mixture of fast doubletrack, some good long climbs, and a special section of rockhopping along a "secret trail" to the bottom of Webster's Falls.

Shockingly, we actually decided to skip the "brews" part of the evening as we both had early wake-up calls for other activities this morning!

Really fun to run some new trails and in a group setting.
