Bluebird day for a hike up to Stowe Pinnacle and fun frolicky run back down. Conditions were perfect, temperature was perfect and it was my first Vermont summit where it was actually calm enough to stand around at the top! Couldn't have asked for a better day for this.

Today's workout was a bit of a killer!

5 rounds of:
- 20 kettlebell swings
- 30 yd prowler sprint
- left side / right side bridge with leg raises x 15
- T push up 6 per side
- 10 box jumps

THEN

10 rounds of:
- 5 BB push press
- 30 rope doubles
- 0.1 mile assault bike sprint
- 90 yd sprint
- 45 second plank

I was good and spent by the end of it!
