Stars training session at Bechtel Park. Since I don't have skis I was limited to the running / snowshoeing map. Wasn't enough snow to justify bringing snowshoes. I feel like I know this park pretty well but there were controls in areas I never visit which made it better practice than I thought it would be. Managed to go through a big patch of burrs and then try to remove the burrs from my gloves with my mouth. Why? I don't know, but the result was a mouth full of burr shards. Yuck!

How did I not discover Salomon TV before? Watched various episodes from Season 2 while on the treadmill. Have been a bit of a wimp about going out to run in the cold /dark and need to get my act in gear!

Had planned for an outdoor run but got 100m out the door and decided it was too slippery in my 'hood to justify the risk, so turned around, changed out of the warm weather gear and hit the treadmill instead, listening to an Ultrarunning podcast that was done last week with a friend of mine who gave up his apartment to live in his Honda Element!

Aiming for x-country skiing at Laurel Creek this morning...until I found out that the trails weren't open yet! Had a roommate in need of some outdoor therapy so I took her to the Hydrocut for a hike. Lots of fatbikers out and the trails were nicely packed.

Three of Caron Shepley's 10 minute yoga videos...thanks for telling us about these Bash! Hamstrings and calves feeling pretty tight from yesterday.
