Running 1:05:00 [3]

Stephania and I met up at the Leslie St. Spit for a run in TO. Neither one of us had been here before and we were both amazed at how pretty and empty it was - definitely did not feel like we were in TO! It would have been great to have a bit more time to explore here but were a bit pressed for time as we had a tour to go on in the afternoon - Beer Makes History Better - that we won at Beer Quest in 2012 and they still let us redeem. From there we went to Sessions as part of Toronto Beer Week, so it was very fun-filled day and evening!

Running 45:00 [3]

Morning run on Puslinch trails. Gorgeous but buggy...used my handheld to squash at least a dozen mosquitos.

Orienteering 30:00 [2]

Running around with the kids at ARK. Was very satisfying to see 'my team' in the adventure run be able to read the map and find the controls without much help. Kinda sad that this is over for awhile!

Yoga (Other) 20:00 [1]

7 PM

Paddling 40:00 [2]

Had hot yoga plans this evening but it was sooo nice out I decided to come home and paddle instead...as long as I did 20 minutes of yoga afterwards as I could tell I needed it. Was lovely out on the little lake but I almost hit a turtle that was playing chicken with me again (not really sure who won).

Trekking/Hiking 4:00:00 [2]
shoes: Luna Leadville

Stephania and I drove out to Webster's Falls for Bruce Trail hike. Hard to believe that I'd never seen this section before but it was so close to me! Headed out past Tews falls and Borer's Falls and turned around at some point when we felt like it. Wasn't quite as nice out today as yesterday but still an awesome day for a longish walk in the woods.
