Up in TO for Stephania's birthday, she mapped out a route that was supposed to be a trail run to the Brickworks market. We got on a subway to go further out so we could make the route longer...some trail system directions that took us through a bunch of urban areas and had a million directions. Those who saw my funny FB video of Stephania literally sliding down a hill will see that trail conditions were not great - everything was sheer ice and very slow going. After a few falls, we went to Plan B which involved cutting the route a bit short, heading back to hear place, and then going for lunch at a delicious raw vegan place followed by a trip to MEC.

Wanted to run outside in the sunshine but have been under the weather for a few days so made a pit stop at the gym on the way home from work instead.

Jillian Michaels SHRED class at the gym. Had always wanted to try one of these and the timing worked out tonight. Going to feel this tomorrow I'm sure!
