Lunchtime run at gym. Had a shockwave session on Monday which I am crossing my fingers will get me through the plateau I seemed to have reached in terms of collagen fibres re-arranging themselves properly. Has felt pretty good since then and today's (easy) run was pain-free. :)

Morning run in TO with Stephania before spending my day pouring beer at Cask Days. Exhausting but fun day. My idea of hell though is serving the beer without being able to drink it. Did manage to try about 17 new beers though, so I'd say it was a pretty good weekend. I realize that the last two sentences seem to be at odds with one another.
