Gorgeous morning for a ride on the Puslinch trails. Perfect weather, perfect trail conditions and only saw one other person. One of those rides that reminds you why you ride in the first place!
The walking bits: good long warm-up, 1-2 minute walk breaks in between runs for my calf muscles to relax and cool down.

Actually had enough running on this one to log it as an actual run! Still for only 5-10 minutes at a time with a short walk and stretch break in between, but it feels like progress. :)
Hike on Bruce Trail from Guelph Line to Waterdown area with some friends. Realized I'd seen most of these trails in various Raid races but never all strung together.
