Cycling 1:03:00 [3] 18.0 km (3:30 / km)

Combo of road, trail, and previously unexplored tracts around our place. As I set out down one tract, I had a distinct feeling of "this is not a great idea" as my hard tail has slick tires on it and I knew it would be muddy and slippery on the trails. But it didn't stop me. I may have come home wet and muddy, but hey, nothing wrong with that!

Running 43:00 [3]

I wish I could say that I was starting to learn these trails well, but they often continue to elude me!

Cycling 1:50:00 [3] 45.4 km (2:25 / km)

Andrew and I headed out for a loop on surrounding country roads. Found some really nice places to ride. 90% road, but then hopped on the Puslinch trails for a bit at the end.
12 PM

Yoga (Other) 20:00 [1]

Been really neglectful of this lately and I can tell in how I feel. Found a DVD with 5 short yoga workouts so will try to do one a day for the next few days.
5 PM

Paddling 30:00 [3]

Dragged my kayak across to road to paddle on Little "lake." Calling it a lake is a tad hyperbolic - pond would be more accurate! In half an hour, I circumnavigated the "lake" 3.5 times. Nevertheless, it's fun to have this at my doorstep.

Tried to see if I could find a portage route from Little to Puslinch and think it may be possible, but since I was in bare feet decided today wasn't the day to find out!
