This run started as "seriously, why did I think this was a good idea," but finished with "yay, I love running." It's always easy to forget how crappy those first 20 minutes can feel!

I don't know. Seemed like a nice day for a lane swim at Moses Springer. And knowing me, I'll probably sign up for a triathlon at some point this year, so at the very least, I'll have one swim under my belt when I do. :)

I swear we weren't biking that long or that slowly, but this seems to be what everyone else has logged! On the other hand, Hermes and I did spend considerable time deciding which rocks were 'mean rocks' and which were just rockies. Great night for a ride!
