I'm four for four so far this month in getting in one bikram (or other yoga) class a week. One more week and I've promised to reward myself with a cute new yoga outfit, which should keep me motivated to go at least through February!
Switched up my regular Body Pump class for this new hybrid Body Pump / CX class that was supposed to focus the second 30 minutes on core work. There was a lot of fancy maneuvers with a resistance band that I didn't quite understand. I'll give it one more shot before I write it off.
Hit the treadmill first thing but just wasn't feeling the running love this morning. I blame the french press that I brought into my office as a resolution to not drink coffee from the Keurig anymore. French press + discovery of wicked new 'craft espresso' place near the office = waayyyy too much coffee = no sleep.
