Incredibly satisfying Bikram class followed lunch at the Village Creperie. Why did I not know about this place before? Buckwheat crepe filled with natural peanut butter, organic honey and banana. Mmmmmm.

Mrs. Tiny and I had an absolutely lovely nighttime trail run in Columbia Forest. We were both a bit disoriented in the dark which made for some interesting route choices. Great temperature for running and delicious post-race food at Ethel's where I drank beer for the both of us.

Looking at my 2011 stats, I was shocked to see that I'd only been to bikram a handful of times. For something that I enjoy so much, why don't I get my butt there more often? Perhaps it is the 2.5 hour time commitment that I find difficult to make room for, but in any case, one of my 2012 goals will be to do some form of yoga each week. This felt great.
