Orienteering race 40:46 [4] 3.8 mi (10:44 / mi)
shoes: New Balance Minimus Trail

Orange course at Saratoga. Tight knot in my back but no real pain and I was able to run at close to normal pace. Pretty rusty doing fast-paced orienteering (first time since February) so a bit sloppy, but just happy to be running again.

The minimal shoes are amazing. I feel faster in all terrain except when actually on the road. By comparison I feel like I've been running in cake pans all these years.

Biking 50:00 [3] 12.0 mi (4:10 / mi)

Round trip commute to work on National Bike to Work Day.
6 PM

Running 6:52 [3] 1.0 mi (6:52 / mi)
shoes: New Balance Minimus Trail

Hooray! I can run again! I still feel a knot in my back, but I wouldn't call it pain, exactly.

Hiking 24:30 [1] 1.8 mi (13:37 / mi)
shoes: Adidas Sequence III

I thought that after a pain-free 46 mile regaine I'd be able to jog a mile. I was wrong. Sigh.
