Didn't really do anything, so I stretched while the teacher talked about shakras and spirit animals.
I also normally have a rest day on Sunday, and since I run on my own Monday's and the workout is tomorrow I'm taking today off.

Two big mistakes at the end... bleghh
Both times because I was on the wrong trail going off toward the control and kept searching and then relocated on a different trail.
I'm approximating 15 minutes lost from those two mistakes.
