Pennine running vs cyclist. Had planned an easy social run, but turned out to be this!

Good race around with Claire and Sue. Up to the shooting cabin, res, low end, christines gate and back.

Glentress with Colin and Tom. Wow those two shift up the hills, although maybe it was the GT sensor that made uphill so hard, half way round the black route decided I had to go at my pace or I'd die. Black route then back up to spooky woods and down the red.

Barrow fell race. Long run out did not suit me and I was way down again. Then smashed it up the hill to overtake a lot. Near the top was just behind Catherine, but held back for the 'second steep climb' to come. No such climb appeared and the runnable one was much harder to catch her on so was a chase down the hill which she was always going to win. Diaphragm a bit sore on the descent, need to not get carried away with being able to race again!
