Home to Kendal Town, to golf course warm up. Definitely right about not being good at running two days in a row yet, chest a bit rattly and hard work for next to no pace.

Golf course reps x4. Set off at the front as not feeling springy. First two could barely get going, half way up the third felt a bit better and could push on a bit, 4th one ran harder from the off.

So really only 1.5 intervals and 2.5 steady runs up the hill.
