Wasn't quite decided on what to do as was a bit worried Friday night was a bit too much for the chest given on yesterday's run it was stuffed/sore. So set off for Ringing Roger with a couple of alternatives in mind. As it happened felt fine. Best my chest has felt, could barely feel a difference between left and right lung, so went for the longer option of 3min crossing, fairbrook naise, sandy heys, low end, jacobs ladder and back. Bitter headwind along from sandy heys, glad I changed direction in my run, unlike those running the trigger...
