Feet crampy, and feeling very creaky generally after yesterday and lack of exercise and stretching recently. Going to see tutor for a 1 on 1 session to try and fix a few things that aren't really working, hopefully worthwhile in the long run.

Training starts again this week, but probably not in the most sensible way - long beach run with Carl, & Emily for most of it, out and back to south end of Mission beach.

Beach was rock hard and my feet, toes in particular, took a battering with some blisters and a bruise across my right midfoot. Was getting rather toasty by the end too, swim at the end was much needed cool down.

Attempted run around a route through the rainforest around our accom in the Daintree, got ripped to shreds by evil vines, had to clamber over fallen bridges and trees, and generally wasn't a particularly fun jaunt. Should have gone with the boring road run to the beach option with Em.
