running warm up/down 15:00 [1]

For the 3 sprints at Norristown Hospital.

orienteering race (urban sprint) 15:33 [5] *** 3.4 km (4:34 / km) +21m 4:26 / km
spiked:13/13c weight:160lbs (sick)

Still not completly recoverd after the cold/flu I had for the last 2 weeks.Urban type sprint-o course at Norristown Hospital, 1 st. of 3 courses.Iadjusted the dist. from what the course setter had for lenght, since you are forced to run arround the buildings, you do not have the option of going trough them, so I messured the dist. accordingly.

orienteering race (urban sprint) 16:39 [5] *** 3.38 km (4:56 / km) +39m 4:39 / km
spiked:13/13c weight:160lbs (sick)

2 nd. sprint course at Norristown Hospital(adjusted dist.)

orienteering race (urban sprint) 18:39 [5] *** 3.65 km (5:07 / km) +33m 4:53 / km
spiked:9/12c weight:160lbs (sick)

3 rd. and most demanding sprint at Norristown Hospital.Slowed down gradualy due to serious lack in training lately.Hopefuly that will change after this weekend

Note
weight:160lbs (sick)

Exccelent 3 sprints at Norristown Hospital organized by dedicated people from DVOA.Good atendance and usefull specific training.A good job by the organizers, thanks.

2 nd edition of the UGLY MUDDER at Mt Penn in Reading,PA. Close to 500 trail runners(male and females) and a handfull of orienteers from DVOA.Finished 12 th overall, 2nd i my age group, remarcable I have to say in the condition that I am in right now.Vadim finished few seconds ahead of me Wyat a litlle over 1 minute and Chuck some more than 2 minutes and I was 7 minutes behind the winner a very good trail runner who wins themajority of the trail races he enters.Good result and this should get me on a roll with my training for the fast aproacing race season.Manny areas covered with 2" of frozen snow(~50-60%)

running warm up/down 15:00 [2] 2.0 km (7:30 / km) +20m 7:09 / km
