felt pretty tired during this entire course. definitely a lot of hills to climb here.

split analysis shows I basically didn't go that fast - no big mistakes just slow, which fits w/ the fact that I was tired from the day before.

organized training run for greenway 50k on trails in seneca creek SP. the weather was weird - started out at 32 and ended up later today at 65

ps - i tried to cross a log over a deep stream on the return trip and misjudged how stiff my legs were and ended up in the stream. yuck.
