My parents came for a surprise visit. Really nice. Ment down to town and eat some really nice fish soup :). That was not optimal for a good race :)
Stayed the first loop with Nordberg and the second I got tired. At the end a guy came and pushed from behind which gave me a bit more motivation. In the end like a okay tempo run with some partly good speed ups. But fuck my legs tired now. ...
