Long run 1:49:47 [3] 21.0 km (5:14 / km)

Long run with Treb and Tom. Up Porter, round Lady Cannings, Limb Valley then through Whiteley Woods and back up the hill. Corker of a day. Very enjoyable.

Sprintervals. Long recoveries waiting for the big group to get back together. Treading water at the end.

Another day scrubbed in theatre meant I was tired and dehydrated but I wanted to get some quickish running in today. 6x600m at 3km pace 4 min run and recovery 1:49, 1:45, 1:45, 1:45, 1:45, 1:43.

6x60m sprints walk back recovery.
