Orienteering 51:30 [3] 5.0 km (10:18 / km)

While K and Greg were skiing, I took off to the woods with Farhnestock map. It was absolutely awsome run. Latest snowfall which was followed by a slight meltdown produced strong non-slippery mat on the floor with no uneven ground. Wish I could ran longer, but my ankle began bothering and I had to cut it short . Still one of the most fun runs in the winter.

Running 44:00 [3] 9.5 km (4:38 / km)

Run on Broadwalk at Brighton and back on the packed sand. Felt ok with exeption for my back*

*It perhaps happened around 4am. I mostly sleep on my stomach (though my mom says that it is not a good position to sleep because of potential back probmels that can devolop from sleeping in this possition.)
Any way, as i said, it perhaps happened in very early morning, as I rememer to briefly waking up due to someting I felt/heard in the area of T4 spine. I heard a snap and then sensation of pain in that area as I was still laying on my stomach. I remember thinking to myself o..0.. this must be not good, and then I must've drifted back to sleep.
When my clock alarm when off, and I started to reach for it, I imidiately felt like I was stabbed in the back or that my ribs got separated from my spine or actually both.
Though the nature of the injury is somewhat perplexing, it only affects me when I try to bend or extend my arms, so when sitting upright or running I am actually ok.
I don't expect it to be of any long term type of an injury, a good massage should fix me up well :)
