Weights 50:00 [3]

Some execises with light weighs.

Cross-training 15:00 [3]

bunch of strenght things on my r/ankle.

Note

I made some research on my condition and am happy to learn that i don't really have an issue with my achilles tendon. I previously doubted that I had anything wrong with it, but persitent pain in the area made me think otherwise. However, after speaking with a girl (a physician to be) who also helped me 2 years ago when i broke the same ankle, she said that I most likely have a "floating bone, Os Trigonum Syndrome" and that it would take about 4-6 weeks to get better if I give it enough rest and then gradually return to normal activities. I hope she is right.

Weights 50:00 [3]

Some strenght exercises + work with my r/ankle.

Note

After considering my physical shape/condition, which hasn't been great in the past month or so, i decided not to run the Long Champs due to my nagging achilles/ankle injury. I believe it will allow me more time to deal with this problem without the chance of making it worse. I am not completely sure how I came about to be injured, but knowing the nature of most of my previous injuries I am not really trying to understand why is that.
I plan to gradually return to running in about a month or so, given the pain completely goes away, and start building a much needed base for the upcoming 2006 season. I hope to start the year without any physical limitations (knock on wood) and accomplish few things here and there...
