Run in PP. A bit cold but much better than yesterday.

Did 8/110m strides. It is just imazing how quickly the speed drops.

A continuation of rest week. Run on covered with snow trails in PP. Kind of slow but a good work out for ankles.

A very relaxed treadmill run. The weather is suck !!! Though I am having a rest week in my plan I would certainly prefer to run outside.
