I am on the way of gradual milage build up so I psyched myself to run three full loops in PP. Did. Splits are 22:45, 23:00, 22:23.

Managed to sneak out from my job once again just to run to the local club for a treadmill run. Did some easy hills on the run but felt more tired then expected.

Running with Boris on my loop and then alone for another a standard one. Felt quite good despite the crash run on Tuesday.

Since the weather isn't cooperating I decided to go to local gym for treadmill run. I came up with a new way of making a boring 60 min run to be quite intertaining in form of intervals 4min on 2 min off. My 2 min off were 7 min/mile my on minutes looked as following. 4/6 min/mile, 4/5.54 m/m, 4/5.48 m/m, 4/5.42 m/m, 4/5.36 m/m, 4/5.30 m/m, 3/5.24 m/m, 3/5.18 m/m, 2/5.12 m/m, 2/5.06 m/m, 1/5.00 m/m all in all the average speed is 6 min/mile. Felt surprisingly 100% before and after the run found the combination of 4on 2off to be quite productive.
