My temperature has stablized at it's normal and I sad hell no I am waisting such a day sitting inside. Very slow, and tough, a lot of weakness in my legs and entire body, but at least I was able to run some. Guess I will gradually return to normal training over next week or so.
That is it guys. For eight years my immune system have had fought off all kind of viruses and illnesses since the last time I had a flue.
Now, lying in my bed with my joints on fire I am only left to hope for quick recovery and revisions in my training plan. All right, gotta take that talenol for god's sake, obsolutely hate it.
