Just a recovery run after a killing week that I set for myself up in order to run upcoming 5m in Central Park. Felt a half sore half tired will take off tomorow as well. But the actual reason of my condition is that I spent a lot of time lately on paved roads which I am not very used to (if I only had my car) that put a lot of stress on my legs so I hope to beging running in the park again very soon.
