After giving it a short thought I decided to redesign the usual loop I cover in PP and make it 40% longer with 8 good hills on it. Had a good and and very productive run that left me quite fresh all in all.

Run two+a bit loops in PP. It was late and cold so that I got my ... frozen in first time in almost 8 years. hurts...
