Bought a few pairs of new nike shoes with soft bottoms and added extra foam soles. Inflamatoin has come down a bit after two weeks, so will try to do some road running in soft shoes for a bit.
Something inflamed at the bottom of my foot. Am really bummer as I started to feel like my running shape was finally getting to acceptable levels.. Pills, salt baths, no walking, etc...
