At Jacky Hollow with goats on course set by Greg. The ground was covered with ankle-deep snow making it better running condion but slower. R-knee very sore toward the end though ankle felt good.

Quick session at home gym. I left all my energy at work, and felt to0 sleepy for anything serious.

Easy run along SHB, legs still very sore from Sun. All the snow is gone, only in the corner of my backyard a little pile survived.

Easy session with free weights, tax season is here, not much time for much else.

Trail-O with K in Southmountain Reservetion, NJ. We chose the eastern part of the map with about 10 controls spread around and some hills. Felt ok, though r-knee was really sore when going down even at slow speeds.

Jogged to MB and back, way too overdressed. I guess it's time of the year, the Relay Champs are really soon, the rust needs to come off!
