Decided to adopt Boris technique of doing intervals on boring PP loop. Turned out that I had the most productive work out of the season by doing so. Run cruise intervals with 4 min fast, 2 min slow pace. Times are 20:30, 21;00. Dude, we got to do it some time together, such a fun.
