Run a loop and a bit more in PP today. Felt fresh but not too great, the infection had its effects on me.

Got strungled down by an infection again second time in matter of weeks. Will take a break to copletely heal this one off. Predict, it might take a week or so. Damn...

A continuation of rest week. Run on covered with snow trails in PP. Kind of slow but a good work out for ankles.

A very relaxed treadmill run. The weather is suck !!! Though I am having a rest week in my plan I would certainly prefer to run outside.

A warm up run around lake in PP.

Decided to adopt Boris technique of doing intervals on boring PP loop. Turned out that I had the most productive work out of the season by doing so. Run cruise intervals with 4 min fast, 2 min slow pace. Times are 20:30, 21;00. Dude, we got to do it some time together, such a fun.

I am on the way of gradual milage build up so I psyched myself to run three full loops in PP. Did. Splits are 22:45, 23:00, 22:23.
