ACT Sprint at AIS. Same course as Eoin and Aoife who were both faster than me. Not too technical but I made a couple of route choice errors. One of them (9) I knew almost immediately and probably wouldn't have lot too much time if I'd gone the other way then but doggedly stuck to my original plan... Got very tired at the end and had to walk up the last couple of hills!

Woke up feeling good. Had to wait a fair while for a glimmer of light and still set out with a head torch… only made 2.5 km before my ankle was not happy and had to stop and walk back. Achillies was the strained part today. Sore all day.
