Wet and struggling terribly. Not unexpected on either count. Something to improve on.

Similar to last week, Paula shifted the finish line to be just over the top of the hill, luckily she shifted the start line to compensate :). Worked up to 2 sets of 6 today which I was pleased with, hill is about 170m.

Obviously really pushed on the last one. No major blow-outs today but similar to Thursday, I really struggled after the rest between sets.

Same loop as last week - all on path as too mushy on ground. Also oval is closed so no overflow lighting to help up the top end. Felts a lot better this week. but really blew up on number 7 - calves wanted to explode. Aoife was doing that one with us so I slowed up and did it with her - impressed that she did a whole lap.
