George's Heights sprint. Still feeling very sluggish and not reading detail well or fast enough...got thrashed by most.

Not helped by 2 hours ice skating prior - good core session.

Run in the oppressive afternoon heat with Paula, legs feeling worse by the day - I was hoping last weekend would be a positive for fitness etc but it seems to have backfired. Legs tired, tight, sore and slow.

Bicentennial Park Homebush with Aoife. We were supposed to do the 'clue trail' but after a few dodgy checkpoint we canned that idea and just rode, had fun despite Aoife's first major stack. Aoife did well to ride a lot of narrow boardwalks.

Much faster running today and I was at my limit! A bit of time lost getting levels mixed up on way to 2. Looks like I went Oob at 13. Realised I'd made a mistake when I got to the control but got even more mixed up extricating myself... Fun course. It annoying to have made the mistake.
