Swimming 45:00 [3]
A nice swim this morning. It's so much easier to get out of bed when it's already light out (and warm-ish). And the pool water seemed that much warmer too. haven't been swimming for quite a while now, though the body seemed to remember how to do it alright. No major set today, just some warmup, a lot of kicking and then 500m pull set.
They switched the lanes around so it's now set up for meters, i hope they keep it that way.

Run around Daniels Loop again. plagued by side cramps halfway through, i think it had to do with one or several things such as: eating nothing but half a loaf of bread all day, powering up the hills and then slowing way down to recover, stopping for a minor detour to watch some moose in a roadside swamp or the simple conversations (yes, very simple) that i had with some horses and a cow. kind of went like this: "hey horses. hi cow, you're very muddy." that's about it. but it kind of throws off the breathing rhythms..(I don't run with people very often, so talking while running is an unpracticed thing.)
on a good note, I feel so much more fit today than i did even a few days ago. This past week of good endurance training is most definitely paying off and hopefully i'll feel that much fitter by the xterra next weekend!!

pilates type stuff on the deck after running. A few giant mosquitos, but really not bad for feeding hour!!
