Good day for a sweat at Franklin Field

8 x to-the-tops

Didn't want to overdo it, so did 8. Probably the right starting point for my feeble hill-climbing ability right now. We'll see how I feel tomorrow.

Don't know the actual distance, but I'm guessing a mile.

Swimming warm up/down 22:30 [1] 1.0 km (22:30 / km)
weight:162.4lbs shoes: Bare Feet

Nice swim (had a hard time motivating, glad I did), they had the center 'divide' out, so it was 50m laps. Much more pleasurable.

Followed by 10 min in the sauna. Why do guys (only guys do any of this) come in the sauna and: tap their feet, huck & snort snot, sigh, and/or mumble under their breath? Or (much, much worse) come in straight from a workout with their running shoes and sweaty clothes and sit on the top bench with their shoes on the bottom bench? It was not quite the soothing event I was looking for ... but the heat was good.
