Bike (MTBO) 52:03 intensity: (10:00 @3) + (22:03 @4) + (20:00 @5) **
spiked:5/14c shoes: Specialized Rockhopper

NSW MTBO Champs at Dungog - Sprint Distance
First time with map on bike in about 9 months or more.
Enjoyed the physicality of the ride on reasonably hilly terrain, but didn't enjoy the nav too much as I was unable to get my head into the map. Contributory factors of forgetting my blue-tack (for 'thumbing' the map), and coping with the swivel head on my map board only going to one or other extreme of locked (usually in the wrong orientation) or completely free spinning.

Since this first course took so long (I was near last) and B was waiting, I decided to skip the second race.
