Gave myself a good talking to.
Deliberately used different techniques (where I could) for the following 6 controls, to good effect generally.
Relaxed (Stupidly)
Stuffed 7,8, and especially 9.
Pulled it together again.
Steady pace to finish (only v minor wobbles here and there)
Enjoyed the run, but some sections in particular at 'full flight' on a rough bearing through the bush felt great!
Ankles not the happiest afterwards. Need to get back to wobble exercises for ankle strength / balance etc
