Via pacific drive to Rainbow beach, then N along beach to rocks (usual Bonny Hills run turning point) near lake Cathy.
A short period of ache in R knee during km 1-2, eased once I concentrated a bit more on form.
Tail wind on return journey was appreciated!
From Sinclair drive via bush trails (mostly 4x4 or scrambler trails) with the objective of getting to the top of Jolly Nose.
Research in advance between various printed and digital mapping info left the route a little vague so I needed a few stops along the way to check position etc. (gladly the gps and phone network were strong so useful to reinforce nav using paper map).
Took c. 50 mins to get there, including a few v tough and steep sections requiring pushing and carrying the bike. Rested for about 10 mins at the peak to phone base , take pics, chat to a family (with a 4x4). Decided to take a much longer way home following where the 4x4 went. Going downhill plus knowing how far I had to go, I was able to push myself much harder than on the way up.
Feeling quite tired by the end. Getting some feet numbness and glute ache.
Will try to post route later (copy paste from iPad not working for gmaps pedometer)

Glutes getting most attention.
@newie ocean baths
Busy enough (good Friday) but only really needing care at either end of each 75m length.
Feeling more comfy than usual in general terms.
Most exercises with slightly increased resistance, so really feeling it as the session went on. Maintaining pelvic floor engagement was v difficult at times, but still easier than last time.
V good instructor, but unfortunately about to go on maternity leave. :-(
