Knee PT solo plus assistance
plus deadlift to 5x5 just 225 first deadlifts since Feb. Felt light
but super careful not to lockout knee

suoerset w Barbell press woman bar 35x10x3; 55x10x2; 85x10x3,

Note

x rays show probably just sprain. Passive ROM is ok. I can use hands to bend the knee no real pain just twinge, will wear brace for a month

Lat pull down 5x10 ? 135? Still feel top of lat tight

(injured)

slipped randomly reaching awkwardly for something in the closet.and

dislocated/sublaxed L knee.

of course popped back over before I hit
the ground.
orthopod appt in the morning & MRI

hope just torn cartilage and no torn ligaments

maybe same injury as Dec 06. easy surgery that time.
