45-95x10; 135x5 a2g barefoot narrow, 155x5 w shoes

5x5: 170 :)

170 just right! could go 175+ today but prob sweet spot for intended effect.
si totally fine last few days but err not n safe side, 5lb jump

all superset w 5 explosive slow negative pullups and KB halos warmup/pullups and Shoulderök main.

then:
bench press 5x185, 1x205, 3x205, 185x5
135x max good reps: 23

just exposure to heavier pressing. patient. manage risk.

baby steps. warmup: 45-95-135x10, 155x5
db bc x12 in between: 30-35-35-35-35–35. protect labrum
