central park jog 7 then down along hudson and over to hotel in soho

nice 70s day 80% humidity felt like Georgia!

fun to run on flat ground after central park rollers.

plenty of stops for photos, lights, dodging people.
no colors! leaves are green.... :(

felt good to have a sweet 2hrs block to just run without feeling “guilty”. A with her friends and S back home w aunt O.

7 hrs of driving today. Ouch! No time to run in Chattanooga so drove home and hit treadmill. ATL-NYC in the AM.

8:05 easy then slowly dropped to 7:20ish still 130s HR focus on economy, effortless RPE.

Body weight 193
hard cap HR 140 just staying consistent w the groove. coming along slowly but surely and ~17lbs of gristle to lose.

Highs in the mid 80s and humid this week.
Stoked tor New York this wknd.
