whistler, squamish, and vancouver are all unbelievable.

one bad fall, tore something (?) in L shoulder,
twisted L knee and major head smack/whiplash.
mild concussion.
otherwise FINE.

major cold started sat, could not sleep sat night.
can't hear anything

sub optimal eating waiting at DFW for 6.5hrs yesterday.

watching sasha after work til 9 while mama at choir practice
