Main: 5x5: 230x5

Mqx reps 185: 17. had more! bar hit rack on 16th. no spotter.
20 next time for sure. Felt like 95lbs first 10 reps. PROGRESS

Pullups
all strict dead hang, stopped after pausing. no forced reps!!

slept well! feeing way better, and appetite back.
up early for fert.med doc appt in ATL


SI joint wayyyy better. Never did have any soreness in hammies or R low back. PM: even better. Almost normal. stoked!

Ate one lame meal around 11:30, normal work day, and a pro shake at 8pm. appetite still gone but nausea is too mostly. going to rest today, make sure I have this thing licked before training tomorrow.
