R heel spur/plantar is back in a major way. felt it coming on last fee days. L achilles better this am though! walking almost normally out of bed. Wrist better this am, R shoulder fine.

up till 11:30, woke up at 6 without alarm, and got up. read ECA/LNG news for 30 minutes then got it together. call cold is gone. feeling good. DC snowed in so slower day today at work.

in bed at 8, couldn't sleep til midnight. mrs. c working in memphis.
still mostly sinus congestion, come light stuff in throat. no colors.

took a couple shots of dayquil. 830am and 1:30pm. felt way better. not sure if i'm getting better or the dayquil kicks ass. resting again today.
