no food for 24hrs, and sweating all night, not sure how I did not drop more water weight. GI still jacked this AM but feeling normal, nausea, fatigue, brain cloud gone.
Just in time to ramp up training for Yosemite. ;)

keeping food down but seems like barely.

prob cuz only food in last 48hrs ate a starbucks egg sandwich at 11am. only felt tired-ish last mile. more thirsty, close to depletion feeling. warmup 8’ pace for a while then easy rpe for pace 7’ pace middle of run mouth closed. then cruised 7:30s to end.
